We have 2 steers currently at the processor and they should be ready the week of January 14th. We have had some requests for “grass-fed only” beef so these two were finished on grass only.

August 1st 2012
We have 4 steers currently at the processor and they should be ready the week of August 13th. As always we take the extra time (and expense) to finish our beef using certified organic alfalfa, milo, corn and soy beans.

We now take credit cards!!! This has been much requested.

December 15th 2011
We are “finishing” 5 steers using predominately certified organic alfalfa but it also has milo, corn and soy beans. We finished 5 steers last year using the same mix and got rave reviews. Most eveyone that purchased our beef told us it was the best grass fed beef they had ever eaten.



We should take these 5 steers to the processor in January.
